Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies when checkout is open and you purchase credit packs on Goal AI Video. It does not create a right to buy while checkout remains closed.

Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack were consumed. Partially used packs are generally not refundable except where required by law or when a confirmed generation failure burned credits without a usable output.
